How quickly can the digital Infostele be delivered?
Typically within 10 business days from order confirmation. For short-notice events, express delivery is also possible — please contact us directly.
What rental terms are available?
You choose between 6, 12 or 24 months. The longer the term, the lower the monthly rate — with 24 months, you get 15 % off all rates. From 2 devices, an automatic volume discount applies (5 % from 2, 10 % from 3, 15 % from 4, 20 % from 5+). The contract ends automatically after the term — extensions are always possible, no hidden purchase obligation.
What happens in case of a defect?
Throughout the rental period, our device insurance applies — it is included in the standard contract at no extra cost. Defects are replaced free of charge: on-site replacement within 72 hours, depending on device type and location. Repairs are covered by us.
Do you offer premium support or extra insurance?
No. We do not sell separate premium-support packages or extra insurance. Device insurance, maintenance, updates and telephone support are already part of the standard rental contract and apply equally to all customers. Fair, transparent terms — no hidden up-sells.
Is there a touch variant of the Infostele?
No. We currently only sell non-touch models in 55, 65 and 75 inches. Central control is done via live rollout, not via touch input on the device itself.
Who manages the content on the Infostele?
You submit change requests through our MacherTV app. We push the update live within 48 hours to all devices. 2 changes per month are included in the service package — additional changes can be booked on demand.
What about relocation or closure?
Relocation is straightforward: we handle deinstallation, transport and reinstallation. In case of early termination, fair residual-value terms apply.
How secure is my data? Is the solution GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Content and control run exclusively on our servers in Germany. Encrypted transmission, GDPR-compliant, no third-party trackers on the device. Full data protection documentation provided before contract signing.
