What contract terms are available?

Choose between 6, 12 or 24 months. The longer the term, the lower your monthly rate – the configurator shows you the difference live.

How does cancellation work?

Contracts run automatically until the end of the term and only renew if you extend. You can cancel with 30 days' notice towards the end of the minimum term; extraordinary cancellation only applies if we breach the contract.

What is included in the rental price?

Hardware, mount, player, CMS licence, maintenance, updates, device insurance and phone support. The list shown on each product-category page is binding.

Are there volume discounts?

Accepted Answer

Yes: 5% from 2 devices, 10% from 3, 15% from 4, 20% from 5+ devices – applied automatically in the configurator. Discounts apply to the rental price, not to one-off fees (installation, content creation).

Which add-ons can I book on top?

On-site installation (€79 for the first device, €49 per additional one) and one-off content creation (€195 flat). Training and custom templates are optional – just ask.

Who manufactures and supplies the hardware?

We work with professional digital-signage manufacturers from the DACH region and Asia. We name specific models on request – what matters is that they are rugged and warranty-ready.

How does the warranty work?

Our device insurance covers you throughout the term. We replace defects free of charge – with swap-out hardware on site within 72 hours, depending on device type and location.

Does the hardware become my property?

No, we remain owner and insurance holder. At the end of the term we pick up the hardware free of charge. No hidden obligation to buy at the end.

Who creates the content?

You do, via our web-based CMS – or our content studio for an extra fee. Both are GDPR-compliant and built without third-party cloud providers.

How often can I change the content?

As often as you like. Changes appear on the screens in under 60 seconds – at no extra cost and with no volume limits.

Do I get templates?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the CMS ships with standard templates for menus, promotions, wayfinding and reception. You can upload your own designs as image or video.

How do I submit a ticket?

Via the customer portal or the MacherTV app. You can open a ticket per screen with a photo and location note – we take it from there automatically.

How is data protection handled?

Accepted Answer

Full GDPR compliance: no external tracking, no Google Fonts API, no third-party pixels. All data sits in the EU. You receive a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with the contract.

Where is my content hosted?

Accepted Answer

On European servers (Supabase EU region plus our own hosting in Germany for player updates). Your content never leaves the EU data zone.
