We do. You upload text, images or ideas in the customer portal — our team designs professional display content from it. You can request changes twice a month, at no extra cost.
No. We deliver, install and set everything up. You don't need to configure anything. Problems? Just call or submit a ticket — we'll sort it out.
24-month manufacturer warranty on all devices. With rental models, replacement is included — at no extra cost.
You can choose between 6, 12 and 24 months. The longer the term, the lower the monthly price. After the minimum term, the contract is cancellable monthly.
You can pay via SEPA direct debit, credit card, PayPal or Klarna. Processing runs securely through our payment partner Mollie.
Yes. Our servers are located in Germany, we don't use external tracking services and all data is encrypted. Your customer data belongs to you.
After contract signature, we typically deliver within 7 business days. Content creation takes about 5 business days but can run in parallel with delivery.
